Purchasing Executive

Coordinate with team members, supervisors and managers purchasing to develop future purchasing plans and create Potential relationships with suppliers.
Attend trade shows to stay updated on new trends in the industry.
Estimate and establish cost and budget parameters for purchases.
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis.
Negotiate agreement terms and prices.
Collaborate with members of the accounting department on contracts and invoices applications and other financial matters.
Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Enter order details (e.g. Supplier, quantity, price) into the internal database.
Inspect and review products and supplies to ensure quality quantity.
Research and evaluate potential suppliers.
Request quotes, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.

Financial control skills within a limited scope (control of import and purchase prices)
Graduated from College or higher in related majors.

Management and work assignment skills
Office computer skills
Professional communication, bargaining and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft, especially Excel
Have at least 1- 2 years of Purchasing experience in the F&B and Retail industry or related fields.
