Join in directly the testing process of checking goods
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Price updates in systems and control and follow up price deviation
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Review quality of purchased products
Actively pursue cost reduction ideas
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
Other work as assigned by superiors
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Quoting and quote support
Payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous record- keeping

Fast learner and adaptable on different site conditions
Good analytical skill, problem solving & communication skill
Be able to work independently without constant supervision and as a team member
Bachelor&039;s and University Degree in Business/Administration, Business, Economics, Education, Management, Finance, Industrial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Accounting
Minimum 1- 3 years’ experience in a Purchasing/Procurement role is preferred
Good in English, both speaking and writing
Proactive attitude of solving problems good team spirit are required
