Purchasing Executive - KCN Long Hau

- Act as a key contact for materials related topics for operational team and factories regarding in time delivery, quality and supplier service & performance.
- Support delivery of bottom line savings by working together with Suppliers, R&D, Quality, Planning team to identify and implement cost saving programs.
- Monitor stocks to achieve effective inventory management harmonized with demand planning to ensure availability of materials.
- Monitor overall performance of suppliers and ensure continuous improvement.
- Support Purchasing Supervisor in P2P of commodities, raw and packaging material.
- Be a part of Procurement team to develop and execute contingency plans to ensure supply security and competitiveness.
- Negotiate for competitive price, lead-time, MOQ and secure supplier&039;s capacity.
- Evaluate procurement requirements and need of the business and manufacturing.
- Support delivery of top line growth by working together with Suppliers, Marketing, R&D, Ops and Planning on Innovation and new product development projects.
- Support in identifying and building partnerships with suppliers on an operational level (material supply interruption, problem solving...).

- Enjoy working in a manufacturing environment.
- Have experience in purchasing material in cosmetics field is a plus
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Supply Chain or related majors.
- At least 3 years experience in the same position
- Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English communication. Other language is a plus.
