Purchase Order (focus on critical equipments)Developing and sourcing new supplierContact supplier to obtain quotations, compare priceContact with Requester/User to verify quality, spec, quantity, and lead time, etcRequest sample for testing, Mill Test Certificate, technical spec to reviewNegotiate price and contract commercial termsPropose supplier and place Purchase Order in SAP systemArrange down payment to supplier (if any)Support preparation Capex approvalWork with supplier and follow up delivery scheduleCollaborate with warehouse for delivery & inspection goods/ serviceCollect delivery & receiving docs, submit, and follow payment to supplierCoordinate with Requester/User or Storekeeper to solve problem occur if anyInput & update report as assignedFollow up Cost savings performancePrepare data & docs for ISO audit purposeImport items:Work with oversea supplier to obtain Pro- forma invoiceArrange TT or open L/C to supplierContact frequently with supplier to follow up shipment schedule to avoid unknown delay shipmentPush supplier for shipping document and collaborate closely with Logistics Team for custom clearance to release goodsPrepare Repair & Maintenance, ConstructionArrange and guide Contractor surveys premise for actual overviewWork out with Requester/User for IFV Scope of Work (SOW)Work out with Maintenance for technical aspectsWork out with HSE for safety requirements/ issuesWork out with Contractors for contractor’s Scope of Work and Safety Working Method (SWM)Collaborate with Requester/User, Maintenance, HSE and Contractor to verify SOW & SWM.Cost saving & cost efficiencyInitiate in cost saving activitiesPurchase ServiceClosely with function department specific at Operations fieldMill & port visited weeklyBuild the strong working relationships both internally and externallyReportPR summary reportPO summary reportCost saving reportComplianceReview and update purchasing Procedure as ISO, HACCP, SFFCEnsure ZERO LTIs both purchasing staff and suppliers/contractors

Education / ExperienceUniversity graduated, major in Business Administration or related field2- 3 years’ experience in the same field. (Manufacturing)Strong oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Ability to work under pressureKnowledge of the manufacturing management such as production and inventory control, and standard cost systems.Specific SkillsEnglish abilities (Intermediate)Good computer skills (MS office)Sourcing and evaluating new VendorsNegotiationsCost analyzingSupplier managementLogistics knowledge
