PURCHASING MANAGER

This position will be provided shuttle bus from Vung Tau/ Bien Hoa/ District 2/ Thu Duc City to Nhon Trach Industrial Park (40- 50 minutes transportation to our Factory)

Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
Assess, manage, and mitigate risks.
Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
Manage team with 6 members.
Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer- supplier power.

Computer Skills: MS Office, Adobe, internet browsers
Familiarity with sourcing, and manage overseas suppliers.
Purchasing experience in the automotive/ technical/ mechanical/ automation/electronic/ molding/ tooling/ jig manufacturing industry are required
Problem- solving skills in purchasing: shortage material, payment term, delayed shipment, etc.
Strong sense of cost and quality.
At least 5 years experience working as a purchasing/ procurement/ sourcing manager or Senior Supervisor level in manufacturing companies.
Thời gian làm việc: from Monday to Saturday, Note: 2 Saturday off/ month.
University level is required

Working experience in an international environment/organization is preferable.(Especially in Euroup market)
Good at English and strong communication skills.
Skilled in ERP operation
