Purchasing Manager

Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Research potential vendors
Review quality of purchased products
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

Education & Major: A bachelor’s degree in international business administration, International Business Economics, Supply chain management
English level: Excellent
of general work experience: 3- 4 years of experience in the electronic components industry, electrical cabinet manufacturing and automation
Proven working experience as a purchasing manager, agent, or officer.
Strong sense of target achieving
Working experience in an international environment/organization is preferable.
Excellent presentation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in market dynamics along with a business sense
Computer Skills: MS Office, Adobe, internet browsers
Strong sense of cost and quality
Teamworking skills
Skilled in ERP operation
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
Ability to communicate convincingly at all levels and with all functions in English
Have logical thinking and explanation; be serious and mature in working attitude Longterm working commitment

Working time: From 8h30- 17h30 (Monday – Friday)

Income: VND 18,000,000 – VND 20,000,000
