Responsibilities
- Travel between cities to supervise performance & address prolongedly unsolved problems to meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to prepare stock for running weekly, monthly campaigns.
- Other tasks given by the line manager and BOD
- Conduct weekly warehouse visits to check real stock status to control out- of- stock, quality & expiration.
- Control suppliers’ on time delivery to contribute to smooth Operations.
- Continue to come up with kaizens to enhance business competitive advantages over market competitors.
- Monitor and secure KPIs on Out- of- stock, Fill rate, Input Cost and other upcoming metrics.
- Manage stock level to ensure sufficient stock for daily, weekly and monthly sales.
- Continue to source new suppliers to seek quality and price advantages.
- Negotiate payment terms with suppliers to gain benefit on the cash flow.
- Oversee daily ordering and purchasing activity on fresh food category across all cities.
- Recruit, train, guide and develop food team across cities.
- Conduct market price research to ensure internal price competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Operations to handle issues related to suppliers such as quality, returning, and delivery time.
- Formulate supplier strategy to gain bargaining power and stock availability.
- Responsible for the end- to- end process from finding suppliers, ordering, logistics solutions and high quality delivery to warehouses.
- Collaborate with Accounting on contract, debt aspects.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate supplier’s facilities and operation capability.
- Review portfolio performance and come up with suggestions on removing and adding new SKUs.
- Source new suppliers and get quotations for the Sales team to pitch to customers.
Requirements
- Exprience with sourcing fresh food (vegetable, fruit, meat,...)
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships
- Logical thinking, problem- solving, good communication & strong leadership
- Fluent English and solid knowledge in F&B Market
- Proactive, self- motivation, result- focus, eager to learn new things
- Hold at least one managerial role
- At least 5- year experience in Food & Beverage sourcing & purchasing, with strong background in B2B trading (NOT raw materials/SCM planning for manufacturing)
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

The probationary salary is 100%.
Salary review once a year in December
Annual Leave is 12 days/year

Working time is 9:00- 17:30, 5 days/week
Salary: Up to 50M Gross
