Purchasing Manager Handwritten and Ibis Phu Yen Tuy Hoa

Manage and execute complicated projects, independently provide updates to leadership, and manage tasks and outcomes.
Collaborate with the Sourcing leadership team to onboard new vendors, as well as assess current vendor capabilities to mitigate future interruptions and price increases.
Monitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
Effectively connect with strategic suppliers and partners to create value- driven relationships and promote new product sourcing as well as dual- sourcing initiatives.
Lead vendor management strategies to ensure strong working relationships with all suppliers/partners.
Develop and implement end- to- end strategies for vendor diversification and deliver sustainable value from strategic sourcing initiatives.
Work with global cross- functional product teams to provide the most favorable pricing, quality, delivery and relationship management (vendor) to meet company goals and objectives.
Extensive daily communication with teams in Phu Yen Tuy Hoa.
Plan and implement an overall supply chain strategy that supports hotel’s growth goals at the lowest possible cost.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams.
Strong organization skills, multi- task oriented and good time management
Proficiency in using procurement software and systems.
An analytical mind with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in a fast- paced and competitive environment
Two years similar experience
Experience in implementing sustainable and socially responsible procurement practices.
Knowledge of local and national laws and regulations related to procurement.
Proficient with the use of computer packages such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong skills in budgeting, cost optimisation and negotiation techniques.
Good problem- solving abilities
Knowledge of vendor management and inventory management systems.
