Purchasing Manager - Resort

TASKS OVERVIEWING:
To oversee the Purchasing department in the resort, and ensure its smooth running so that all operation smoothly and on time.
TASKS CLARIFYING:
• Store records, signed contracts, and agreements signed with suppliers regarding received orders
• Set up terms, prices, product quality, and delivery in the contract
• Evaluate the purchasing needs of each department and find the most cost- effective solution
• Perform other tasks and requests as directed by the Financial Controller/Director of Operations/General Manager
• Plan professional training for employees and resolve arising problems
• Periodically report to management levels on design and purchasing status.
• Manage reports in accordance with policies and procedures. Communicate internally and externally on status of orders
• Coordinate with the Storekeeper to ensure that warehouse imports/exports are properly recorded.
• Work and plan with other departments to ensure deliveries meet all scheduled needs
• Save costs by constantly looking for new suppliers and maintaining current suppliers to meet the Resort&039;s goals
• Establish purchasing process

• Being able to communicating in English or other language
• Being able to work independently under high pressure
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Being good at communicating and dealing contract
• Being good at office computer skills and accounting software
• Being honest and careful
• Having knowledge of Resort asset and equipment
• Arranging work and coordinating with colleagues well
• Having at least 02 years working experience as the same position in 4 – 5 stars hotel/ resort
• Having degrees and certificates related to the profession
