Purchasing Manager

Research potential vendors
Ensure contracts are in place for all suppliers of all goods inclusive of terms and condition, payment terms to get advance for company
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Review quality of purchased products
Control supplier processing in term of supplying ability, processing and timeline
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures
Other details will be discussed during interview
Negotiating, controlling cost
Build up and keep update suppliers database, product category
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

Education Level: Bachelor Degree
Year Experience: 5 Years

Computer Skill: Good
Language: English/Korean
