Purchasing Officer/Nhân viên Thu mua

Align management style, working practices and conduct with Sheraton Danang&039;s Vision, hotel policies. To comply with Sheraton Code of Conduct at all times.
Perform other duties related or unrelated to the purchasing position as directed by purchasing manager.
Sourcing items which are unobtainable from regular supplier.
Follow up on outstanding orders and advising operating departments of status.
Placing orders with supplier to ensure timely delivery to satisfy hotel requirements.
Understand and adhere to relevant workplace health and safety standards.
Pricing of purchase requests and determining appropriate supplier to obtain best quality and price.
Posting orders to Purchasing software system and producing purchase order.
Arranging couriers for goods urgent requisition, deliveries and petty cash.
Obtaining quotes in accordance with policy and procedures.
Adhere to all Marriott food safety procedures and keep a register of all suppliers and follow up with regular supplier premises inspections.
