Mô tả công việc

To ensure materials purchased in value and quantities are within the tender allowance
To issue purchase orders to approved suppliers and subcontractors
To source new material suppliers and Subcontractors
To oversee Purchasing Officer(s) for the smooth running of Purchasing Department
Source and negotiate buying of materials
To check on availability of all materials both ex-stock, and made to order
Liaise with Production or Project Manager with regards to construction programme and design changes
Liaise with Factory Manager to ensure materials conform to order and are delivered when required
Confirm receipt of goods as ordered and check against original order
Maintain supplier details within the Accounting System

Yêu cầu công việc

Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Demonstrated skills and experience in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, including excel skills
Demonstrated ability to contribute to ongoing process improvement
Demonstrated ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels and prepared to perform related duties as needed by Management
Demonstrated ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner in Vietnamese and English
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new information, processes and procedures
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, determine priorities and organise work to meet objectives and identify and deal with problems
