Purchasing Officer (Sourcing Officer/socurcing Engineer)

- Maintain condition for IR (mold amortize ZMOLD, Logictics budget ZPCA)
- Create APQP for Material in Vega, assist SQE in following up supplier full fill APQP
- Implement SOCO be front of Purchasing Committee to choose the suitable supplier for material
- Create Mold contract, record and manage in Purchasing Systems
- Participate quarterly evaluation supplier
- Submit documents for payment of Purchase order for Material, Mold
- Manage stock 3000/3010 monthly
- Coordinate with Quality for potential supplier Audit
- Lead sub- contractor activities (perform business case, Do planning, Coordinate with other departments, Inform to sub- contractor)
- Ensure no IR expire, no price&039;s PO different than IR
- Maintain supplier relationship
- Propose potential suppliers
- Track all documents of Supplier (Compliance, Certifications), Record in Vega and SAP system
- Inform Result of Quarterly evaluation to Suppliers, monitor action supplier&039;s action plan
- Create Source List (SL), Infor Record (IR), Handover to Buyer
- Provide materials as request for new projects
- Handle Purchasing task in ZOHO
- Prepare PDCC on material cost for new project, maintain it in each stage
- Coordinate core team on Performing Business case for Saving project
- Assist solving conflict with supplier
- Mange Request for Quotation (RFQ), negotiation, asking samples, follow up with Quality and Eng in validating samples
- Lead on Saving projects (material steering committee- MSC), follow up actions plans until implementation in Production
- Nominate suppler by LON (Letter of Nomination)
- Reports and perform other tasks assigned by Purchasing Supervisor/ Purchasing Manager
- Propose CO for raw material in new project
