Purchasing Officer (Terrazzo + Cushion) - Quy Nhon

Order Cushion
§ Coordinate daily with cushion factories in developing new cushions, pre- production sample.
§ Deploy SM to cushion supplier
§ Get Manager’s approval for new mass cushion orders
§ Check and quote cushion price for boss or costing team.
§ Do cushion order and cushion sample.
§ Manage cushion specification, cushion price and delivery date.
Order Terrazzo:
§ Communicate with factory to get terrazzo on time
§ Communicate with both Terrazzo factories and furniture factories to process exporting document.
§ Following terrazzo order schedule to make terrazzo plan
§ Provide test swatch/sample for any cushion test require
§ Inform to furniture factories each terrazzo delivery date, quantites...
§ Work with CS team to provide all customer requests about cushion specification
§ Do Terrazzo order
Factory/Vendor:
§ Negotiate with vendors on price, discount, delivery and working terms.
§ Communicate order and new sampling details and requirements to factories and all parties concerned.
§ Work with factory to delivery on- time.
§ Diagnose production problems and work with factories to present alternatives.
Others:
§ Delivery order/sample from factories to Qui Nhon for loading container
§ Report total order to manager
§ Follow up the payment between Gardenline and factories or between factories and furniture factories.

Knowledge, Education, Training/Kiến thức, giáo dục, đào tạo
§ University/College Degree in Import/Export, Business administration, English…
§ Knowledge of Production costing, Outdoor Furniture (Wood/Textile/Cushion/Terrazzo)
Experience/Kinh nghiệm
§ At least 05 years of experience in Merchandiser Position
Abilities/ Skills/Khả năng/ Kỹ năng
§ Strong in Negotiation Skill, Time- Management Skill
§ Good at Microsoft Office software
§ Fluency in both verbal and written English and English
