Allcocate the fabric to production
Adhoc transfer to site in need cases (almost for MOQ issue/testing….)
Adjust indent (On Order adjustment/ Inhouse adjustment)
Divide q&039;ty of each shipment for specify style by email to shipping & warehouse (because 1 order have several shipments or supplier produced more/less than q&039;ty compared to request and we receive fabric for some styles at the same time…..)
_Factory changing:
Inform detail to supplier & shipping by email to arrange consignee.
Update transfer custom file if need
Email to supplier & shipping team to arrange the blanket/shipment sample/bulk for each item
Solve the issue of supplier cause the stuck for shipping
Arrange the contract of each fabric shipment with supplier VNT/Prosperity VN
Check the defect cut panel from factory to rework with supplier
Check whether CMPT contract was finihsed to release farbic to factory
Check result of 2 first cutting table, cross check one more time and consider with MD to reduce or inscrease % cutting/ SBD if can
Create additional request (oursource) to submit more fabric for factory (because of any issue from production, MD also apporved before create)
Check the shrinkage and skewness from factory to consider with parterrn or MD whether we can cut or do any necessary steps
Check packing list of each shipment to get our requirement before ship it (shade lot/small roll/….)
Check fabric inspection report from factory together with picture or video to inform supplier about the defect/shortfall in roll/shading/stain..…...
Check fabric directly with supplier & factory in some cases if needed to clarify problem
Arrange to test blanket of bulk shipment to consider shade lot before get fabric from supplier if need.
Change the Entity of Indent & RMPO in case fabric was delayed and MD need the fabric urgent (from E3HK to EEVN)
Inform ISS + Roll Cutting estimated inhouse date to plan (follow & revise if need)
Check the liquidation
Conifrm to warehouse cut/not cut fabric or give them solution for each fabric shipment at factory
Follow the status of fabric from received to ship so that can update or charge back supplier if any issues (shorted in roll, small roll, quality issues…)
Check blanket together with MD to inform supplier whether we take fabric or any solution…..
Arrange to test blanket of stock fabric before arrange the new bulk fabric from supplier

Education. College or university degree in one of the following fields:_ Textile & Garment Technology_ Fabric Engineering2. Experience_ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fabric merchandising, fabric order tracking, or sourcing in the garment/textile industry._ Strong understanding of fabrics and trims, and the ordering process (domestic or overseas).3. Technical Knowledge_ Familiar with the full process from ordering, lab dip approval, delivery tracking, to fabric quality inspection._ Good knowledge of: + Fabric types (cotton, polyester, spandex, etc.) + Fabric consumption and technical specifications + Quality standards (shrinkage, colorfastness, lab dips, etc.)_ Experience working with order management systems (ERP, Excel, or internal software)4. Skills_ Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers (local and international)_ Effective time management and progress tracking_ Teamwork and coordination with other departments: production, planning, QA, warehouse_ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and email_ Good command of English, especially in textile/garment- related communication5. Personal Attributes_Detail- oriented, responsible, and proactive_Able to work under pressure and handle problems flexibly_ Honest and self- disciplined_ Willing to travel for short business trips (example: sewing factory or fabric mill…..)
