Purchasing Order Staff

Verify and confirm shipping documents (B/L, C/O, invoice, packing list) and manage payment procedures for vendors.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Promptly report problems to superiors to find solutions and ensure production plans are met.
Generate reports and assist in processing: monthly supplier evaluation, rejected materials report, accounts receivable/payable confirmation.
Issue purchase orders to vendors.
Resolve or coordinate resolution for aging materials, rejected materials, and claims against vendors.
Negotiate with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Create and manage delivery schedules and track progress (maker&039;s production plan, vessel booking, loading/shipping schedule, customs clearance, delivery plan to the factory).

Proficient in office computer skills, including SAP proficiency.
Graduated from college or university with a major in Economics, Business Administration, Export- Import or related fields.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in speaking and writing English or Chinese.
Possess knowledge of procurement, import and export procedures, and understanding of laws and regulations related to import/export and Customs procedures.
