Purchasing Senior Staff (Procurement)

- Audit suppliers (EMS/QMS/CSR): collaborate with QA for annual supplier quality audit and follow up audit result
- Control procedure of new suppliers: prepare documents to set up new suppliers into Panasonics supplier data system
- Control all types of contracts of materials- and part for refrigerator production
- Sourcing new suppliers of materials and parts for refrigerator assembly
- Other jobs as required by Manager

• Fresher with remarkable abilities is also welcomed
• Have at least 2 years working experience in Purchasing field and knowledge of mechanical part (rubber/hose/steel) in manufacturing company
• Have logical thinking, good communication skill, good problem- solving skill and time management skill
• Bachelor Degree in Economics or Technical area
• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Have experience in using SAP and knowledge of material management is advantage
• Intermediate English (Japanese is a plus)
