Purchasing Specialist (Fashion)

Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Saturday Morning).
Report to: Brand Manager;
Location: 555 3/2 Street, Ward 8, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City;

Responsibilities:

Quality Control: Coordinate with the quality control department to ensure that incoming products meet quality requirements. Handle any issues related to product quality;
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory status, ensure sufficient stock to meet business needs without causing waste. Collaborate with related departments to optimize the supply process;
Negotiation and Contract Signing: Work with suppliers, negotiate prices, quantities, product quality, and delivery time;
Purchase Planning: Research and analyze fashion market trends, identify potential products, and create purchasing plans based on market demand and the company&039;s direction;
Analysis and Reporting: Track the sales performance of each product, analyze the effectiveness of purchasing plans, and prepare periodic reports for upper management.
Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with suppliers, evaluate and select potential suppliers, and seek new suppliers when necessary;

Requirements
Compulsory:

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage partner relationships.
Proficiency in purchasing processes;
Extensive understanding of international markets and trade trends;
Detail- oriented + meticulous;
Fluent English skills, both verbal and written;
Mastery of the job + high commitment;

As a big plus if:

Experience working with premium brands in the fashion industry.
Passionate about technology, willing to experiment with new technologies;
Extensive experience using branded/high- end products;
