Purchasing Specialist (Male)

- Make policies proposal for procurement of goods and import.
- Coordinate with technical department to check and monitor the quality of products and equipment, report condition and quality of machinery and equipment in a timely and accurate manner to BOD.
- Contact logistics partners for finalizing customs documents & procedures, customs clearance and goods import.
- Supervise and manage occupational safety and fire fighting issues related to carrying equipment and machinery in the process of usage and operation.
- Receive order requests and make purchase plans related to machinery and technical equipment for construction and operation projects.
- Monitor and update order status, coordinate with related units and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Seek, research and contact with suppliers, summarize and evaluate suppliers for proposing BOD in cooperating and managing suppliers list, storing and keeping relevant documents.
- Other works assigned by BOD.
- Perform operations of purchasing - procurement department including: transactions, negotiations, signing contracts with domestic and foreign suppliers.

- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the field of renewable energy.
- Good organizational, risk-management and teamwork skills
- Male (30-40 years old)
- Having Chinese abilities is preferred
- Good command of English (reading, speaking, listening, writing).
- Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills
- Able to do multi-tasks and complete jobs independently under limited guidance
- 5++ years of experience in a similar position related to engineering and purchasing, import and export, logistics in the field of renewable energy or industrial electricity.
- Proficient in computer skills (MS office: Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, One Drive,…)
- Education: Graduated from University majoring in Engineering, Construction, Electrical…
- Being enthusiastic, honest, meticulous with high responsibility, attention to details in work
