PURCHASING SPECIALIST

Update reports on purchase activities, including cost saving
Purchase Efficiency Improvement
Resolving shipments in error with suppliers and deal with under orders, over orders and damaged goods;
Implementation and enhancement of CPS and its corresponding workflow;
Monitor and work with vendors to improve vendor’s performance: reduce respond time, on time delivery, goods quality and installation services;
Vendor assessment follow up.
Liaising with vendors, logistic and warehouse teams to ensure goods are delivered and received on time;
Monitor and reduce costs without compromising quality;
Negotiate with vendors for better price, payment terms and lead time;
Compose Sales Contract based Contract and Annex templates;
Coordination and education with all related departments for further execution and optimization of workflow;
Monitoring closely for all order follow up from sourcing to payment schedule;
Search and evaluate potential vendors for lower cost and better delivery time and installation services.
Vendor Performance Execution
Manage the data accuracy and complete all the records in timely complete all the records in timely;
Cost Saving Execution
Staying up- to- date with the latest market and industry trends;
Meeting with End- users and department to verify the clear technical requirements, implement schedule to avoid purchasing wrong goods;

Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in major: Foreign Trade, Supply Chain Management, International Business or related.
Experience: From 2 years of experience in purchasing position, experience in the Textiles and/ or Garment manufacturing is preferred;
Language: Fluency in Chinese and/ or English;
Professional Qualifications:
​Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy, and systems;
Have working experience in purchasing mechanical parts, electric device, machinery installation services.
Others: Negotiate, accurate and precise attention to detail, able to work under high pressure.
