Supply daily company bus from Hanoi
Delivery control
Co-work with Warehouse to feedback of delivery problem and claim to suppliers.
Co-work with PSI team to adjust order quantity or delivery plan.
Control material and part: check shipping documents, import customs clearance...
Co-work with Forwarder for customs procedure.
Base on demand t o issue PO in ERP system
Control order quantity & delivery plan and negotiate with suppliers.
Assuring material enough for production to keep production smoothly
Tracking supplier to check status of material at supplier’s factory to have corrective action
Controlling and ensuring stable delivery status by regularly review and evaluate supplier and their production status
Ensuring material is ordered at right time, right supplier with right quality
Choosing reliable/capability suppliers.
Obtaining reasonable price for all materials
Analyzing price proposals, financial reports, and other information to determine reasonable prices.
Getting the best deal for their organization - the highest quality goods and services at the lowest cost.
Understanding price structure of material.
Maintaining the current suppliers & develop potential suppliers
Working out purchasing policies with suppliers
Interviewing vendors and visit suppliers&039; plants to examine and learn about products, services, prices and assess suppliers’ capabilities.
Evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.

Strong knowledge of raw material, antenna product and other wireless devices;
Strong knowledge of BOM. ERP
Proficient in MS Office computer skills (especially Excel)
Having at least 1 years experience.
Strong knowledge of procurement cost management; familiar with making Cost management Table.
Having experience in developing, sourcing, procurement material.
Strong knowledge of molding, injection, , press as well as other manufactural processing.
Good English/Korean/Chinese communication.
University Degree or higher .
