Purchasing Staff - Nhân viên mua hàng

Actively seek potential vendors, and conduct vendor surveys and evaluations to develop and maintain a qualified vendor database.
Build and maintain collaboration with vendors, strengthening effective communication and collaboration.
Receive and review purchase requests. Report purchasing progress.
Review and negotiate purchasing contracts, securing the Company&039;s most favorable terms and conditions.
Oversee the purchasing and bidding process, ensuring the requested schedule, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with internal policies
Follow up with vendors’ performance progress in collaboration with the request departments and reports.
Other ad- hoc tasks assigned by the team leader and manager.

Experience with the bidding process and ERP systems is an advantage
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position of Domestic and Direct purchasing such as: Service package (Building Maintenance, marketing and design service) or technical consumables & MRO purchase (Building maintenance tools, such as hammers, tapes, etc.).
Experience working for Korean companies & International Corporations (admin and/or purchasing staff) in the same business field (Real Estate Investor, Shopping Mall, Service, Hospitality, Building & Service Apartment) is prioritized.
Candidates with experience in international purchasing, factory, spare parts, IT components, raw materials, and logistics (export- import) WILL NOT be considered.
Proficient in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above).
Strong time management, contract management, and negotiation skills
University degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Supply Chain Management.
High attention to details

* Working time: Full- time 40 hours/week, from 8:30 am ~ 5:30 pm (Monday ~ Friday)
