Purchasing Staff - Nhân Viên Thu Mua

- Liase with QC department and vendors/suppliers in case quality issues occur.
- Liase with other departments/suppliers (domestic and oversea supplier) to ensure orders are to be placed for the right goods, services, supplies and specifications.
- Sourcing and purchase wood/MDF/plywood/veneer
- Undertake occasional ad- hoc duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
- Forcast and making plan to purchase to ensure enough wood for production
- Confer with Vendors to obtain product and service information such as price, availability and delivery schedule.
- Advise improvement for BOD if neccessary

- Full salary for 2 month probation
- 14 days leave/year. Women have 30 minutes off/3 days in 1 month
