Ensure the issue and approval of purchase order.
Assist in any administrative work implemented by Directly Manager.
Inform the Directly Manager of any complaints or any other problems that may arise.
Prepare monthly and year- end reports for submission to the Directly Manager.
Give a copy of purchase order to the stores.
Carry out market survey and provide a report to Directly Manager of the latest market statues
React to all daily operating problems and complaints rose and to offer solutions.
Negotiate with different suppliers in order to obtain the best deal.
Ensure that any orders or decisions taken by the Directly Manager are strictly followed up.
Ensure verification of authorization of purchase requisition.
Attends to all correspondence/inquiries directed to him and which require his personal attention.
Be responsible for the selection and approval of the best suppliers.
Record all purchase made by the order.
Report any major complaints in the hotel to the Directly Manager.
Comply with all Finance procedures on a daily basis.
Administration of purchasing department and overlook store operation.

Knowledge of regional markets and traders.
Ability to install and administer computer software and hardware.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of the product used at hotels & remoted resort.
Team exposure and supervisory building skills.
Outstanding personal relation ability.
Good command over written and spoken English.
