Purchasing Team Leader Công Ty TNHH II-VI Việt Nam

This job is to direct and oversee the operations of these following functional areas:
− Procure all the raw materials, consumables, commodities, services… to support the
manufacturing operations in Vietnam.
− Focus on cost saving as one of majority goals of purchasing tasks.
− Cooperate among PIC, Production, and other support function to optimize the cost of
peration and product and services availability

− Bachelor&039;s Degree is at least, major in Foreign Trade or Supply Chain or Logistic or equivalent
majors. Technical background is a plus
− 5+ years related working experience in Purchasing in manufacturing setting with 2+ years of
management/leadership experience.
− A good and systematic memory.
− An assertive communicator and good negotiator.
− Able to mix and communicate effectively at all levels.
− Working knowledge in ERP, Microsoft office Excel, MS Words, Power point…
− Familiar in the use of general material handling equipment, machine, tooling, spare
partExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in both English and
Vietnamese.
− Excellent analytical, problem- solving skills and time management skills.
− Ability to anticipate and handle multiple priorities and moderately complex issues involving
external and internal priorities
