We are seeking a Python Developer to join our growing team.
Endash is revolutionizing data analytics with our AI- powered data integration and visualization platform. We enable businesses of all sizes to easily build data pipelines and dashboards without requiring dedicated data teams. Our solution connects to over 500 data sources and features innovative AI tools including Text2SQL functionality and automated insight generation, allowing non- technical users to perform complex data analysis without coding knowledge.
Position Overview
In this role, you will design and implement web applications using Python/FastAPI that power our data integration and visualization platform.
Key Responsibilities

Optimize application performance and scalability to ensure efficient operations.
Implement technical solutions to address business and product challenges.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to deliver high- quality software solutions.
Contribute to the architecture and design of highly scalable systems.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Design and develop robust web applications using Python/FastAPI.

Strong problem- solving skills and analytical thinking.
Confidence with Python. Experience with FastAPI and SQLAlchemy is a huge plus.
Familiarity with the following technologies: PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Redis, Kafka, Trino.
Strong SQL skills and experience with database optimization.
Upper- intermediate level of spoken English for effective communication.
Experience in distributed systems is a plus.
Proficient in Python concurrency.
Experience in Data Engineering industry is a plus.
Solid understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, etc., is a plus.
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
