You’ll be working with Python and FastAPI to build modern web applications.
We are looking for motivated and curious freshers to join our growing backend team as Python Developers.
This is an entry- level role perfect for recent graduates who want to learn from experienced engineers, build real- world applications, and grow into strong backend developers.
We don’t expect you to know everything yet—we provide mentorship, training, and a clear growth path.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and development practices.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to build meaningful features.
Learn to build robust web applications using Python/FastAPI under guidance from higher level developers.
Gain hands- on experience with Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, and more.
Contribute to designing and developing backend systems.
Support in writing clean, testable, and efficient code.

Strong problem- solving skills and analytical thinking.
Confidence with Python. Experience with FastAPI and SQLAlchemy is a huge plus.
Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, Kubernetes etc., is a plus.
Experienced with the following technologies: PostgreSQL Redis, Docker.
Well- known SQL skills and experience with database optimization.
Upper- intermediate level of spoken English for effective communication.
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines

13th- month salary: calculated as one month&039;s actual basic salary if the employee works for 12 months of the calendar year.
