We are looking for motivated and curious interns to join our growing backend team as Python Developer Interns.
With proven experience across manufacturing, finance, commerce, and startups, we help clients generate maximum business impact with minimal resources.
Position Overview
Our full- time developers, trained in- house across Korea and Vietnam, lead projects with a focus on customer empathy, agility, and outcome- oriented thinking.
Since launching with a 4- person team in 2023, we&039;ve grown to over 50 members, completed 110+ projects, and achieved 78% year- over- year revenue growth.
We help our clients bring products to market faster—without compromising on quality—through fast, cost- effective outsourced development.

This is a hands- on internship perfect for students or recent graduates who want to gain real- world experience, learn from experienced engineers, and build a strong foundation for a career in backend development.
You’ll have the chance to work with Python and FastAPI to develop modern web applications while receiving mentorship, training, and practical exposure to best practices in software engineering.

- Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and learning sessions.
- Assist in writing clean, testable, and efficient code.
- Support the team in debugging, testing, and deploying applications.
- Learn to develop and maintain backend features using Python/FastAPI with support and guidance from the team.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build meaningful features.
- Gain practical exposure to tools like Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, and other relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Basic understanding of version control (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Python programming. Familiarity with FastAPI or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Comfortable communicating in English (upper- intermediate level is preferred).
- Strong computer science foundation.
- Good analytical thinking and problem- solving skills.
- Familiarity with Docker, Redis, CI/CD, or orchestration tools like Airflow, Prefect, or Kubernetes is a plus, but not required.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative engineering environment.
