(Q7-HCM) Supervisor, Sales Representative (Property Management, Leasing, Real estate)

An experienced New Business Development Sales professional at this level will be responsible for key business responsibilities:
• DomDom The Real Estate platform: Responsible for driving sales performance of DomDom to residential and commercial real estate agencies and developers.
• Identify and prospect potential commercial and residential building owners through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Detail tasks
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and client acquisition numbers.
External Agency Partnership: For the Real Estate platform (DomDom) Responsible for driving sales of our real estate platform to residential real estate agencies and developers. Building and nurturing relationships with external real estate agencies to expand our channel presence and secure more co- broker opportunities.
Market Feedback: Gather and report market insights to the product and marketing teams to help improve our services and platform features.
Property Management: Actively acquiring new property management clients to grow our portfolio, presenting our services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the commercial/residential real estate market.
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, from initial inquiry through to contract signing and ongoing support.
Apartment Rentals: Driving Southern Cross rental business.

Key Qualifications:
• Self- motivated and able to work independently to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for building rapport with diverse clients.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required;
• Proven experience in sales, business development within the real estate industry, Property management field. (preferred previous experience: International real estate firms).
• Possession of a valid Real Estate Agent License in Vietnam is required.
