QA ASSISTANT

Drive quality in factory:

Authorize to call out for any quality issue that may affect shipment and/or stop production until the issue can be resolved;
Build and improve work processes;
Update and make reports on inspection and control processes in production, quality standards, raw materials,...for the General Manager.
Liaise with production team and customer to achieve the quality requirements;
Ensure and improve product quality;

Lead and train QA team:

Lead and training QA team to take over and execute the roles and responsibilities of QA Department;
Operate and manage activities on inspection, analysis, research, development, evaluation related to the quality of raw materials, packaging...

Plan strategic

Plan and implement inspection, quality control, safety and hygiene in the processes from production inputs to finished products fully, meeting the schedule of the production plan;
Plan, periodically inspect, verifying measure, and quantitative equipment, tools used for quality control work.

Manage performance

Consolidate data and make report;
Follow up goal setting, mid year review, year end rating;
Manage headcount planning and OT budget.

Working place: Binh Chuan Production Area, Binh Chuan, Thuan An, Binh Duong

Knowledge: Knit/ Woven fabric characters, quality control process, pattern review & alteration;
Language: Fluency in English and/or Chinese;
Experience: Over 5 years experience in QA, particular in the Garment manufacturing is preferred;
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree, major: Quality Management or related;
Skills: Understanding business, communications and influencing, collaboration, decision making and problem solving...
