QA - Customer Service Staff

is looking for a candidate to join the Customer Service Team of the Quality Assurance Department. Eligible candidates will take charge of duties as below:
- Collect and analyze market quality data to understand the market situation and quality status
- On-site checking at customer service&039;s office
- Receive customer claims about product issues and cooperate with other departments to analyze and propose countermeasures
- Other related jobs assigned by Supervisor / Manager
- Handle market quality issues: analyze the causes, propose action plans, arrange workforce accordingly current situation

• Good office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Around 2-3 years of experience in related positions. New graduates with good performance will be considered.
• Be proactive, careful, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to travel for business trips ( domestics/oversea)
• Good command of English (4 skills).
