QA – Customer Service Staff (Spare Part Management)

is looking for a candidate to join the Customer Service - Spare part Team of the Quality Assurance Department. Eligible candidates will take charge of duties as below:
- Other related jobs assigned by Supervisor / Manager
- Work with related departments to ship out the spare parts within required lead time
- Use SAP system to receive PO from customers
- Be in charge of receiving and shipping service parts to customers (both domestic and oversea)
- Manage customer service parts warehouse, do the inventory by current system
- Do the payment every month

- Having 1-2 years experience
- Good office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- University graduated,
- Good command of English (4 skills)
- Fresher with good performance will be considered
