QA Engineer

Position 1: Incoming Quality Control Engineer (IQC Engineer)
Control 4M change (Machine, Man, Material, Method) and quality improvement from suppliers
Summary quality weekly/monthly/yearly report
Participate the activity to help Supplier improve quality and reduce the cost of COPQ.
Other duties as assigned.
Issue and monitor complain to Purchasing and Supplier through SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request)
Coordinate with purchasing department to monitor supplier quality performance and regularly audit Supplier to make sure they can supply material or part with consistent quality and on time.
Position 2: In process Quality Control Engineer (IPQC Engineer)
Daily production issues troubleshooting (based on analysis/input from QA)
Providing product/process quality training for production staff
Conducting statistical control over processes and statistical analysis (Pareto based high reject areas identification, cause and effect analysis)
Conducting internal audits, supporting third- party audits
Handling of nonconforming material/product (including Quality Functional Tests for nonconforming materials and Waiver Request for nonconforming products)
Standardizing working methods, processes and materials for production
New product and material approval (customer/approver for R&D/PE)
Customer service concerning complaints in the area of restraining, correcting and preventing actions
Supervising QC operator responsible for Control Plan measurements and basic Line Audits
Identify areas for improvement based on cost analysis and capacity constraints (including yield, efficiency and material consumption) and address by structured project- based approach
Position 3: Out- going Quality Assurance Engineer (OQA Engineer)
Analysis of inspection result and feedback supplier to improve quality
Summary quality weekly/monthly/yearly report
Training for subordinates for product specifications, standards and measuring equipment operation
Manage final product quality, process out going quality assurance FA/CA (Final analysis / corrective action).
Participate and support to prepare for Customer audit, QMS Audit and documentation…
Manage and improve product inspection standard based on customer requirement.
Be responsible for validation of measuring equipment by cooperate with Calibration section.
Control inspection output performance out going quality control .

Job requirement:
Teamwork, communication skills, proactive and able to work under pressure
Can read and understand technical drawing
Good computer skills with MS Office,…
Working experience: preferably at least 5 years of working experiences in the similar position.
Have knowledge of 7 QC Tools, Problem Solving skills
Able to communicate in English.
Bachelor&039;s /University degree, major related to Mechanical, Engineering, Automotive..(Oversea graduated will have an added advantage).
