YOUR MISSION:
QA Engineer is responsible for building, maintaining and continuous improvement of the food safety quality system of the company.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
QUALITY SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
• Participate in the creation and implementation of the HACCP/ISO22000 plan applied at the factory.
• Lead audit sessions from third parties and customers.
• Participate in drafting documents and Prepare documents related to quality policy and food safety policies, procedures, conducting training as assigned by the QA manager.
• Maintain and update factory food safety documents.
• Ensure periodic calibration activities.
• Performing internal audits at the factory
QUALITY ASSURANCE
• Assessment of the quality of finished products and raw materials to ensure that they meet the standards of the government, customers and Entobel on food quality and safety.
• Data management is ready to provide in a timely manner to relevant departments, any discrepancies are identified, and warnings and corrective actions identified.
• Make recommendations to improve the quality of inspection and assessment methods/processes.
• Ensure testing and evaluation records are recorded, verified, and maintained in accordance with state regulations and Entobel requirements. Analyze and evaluate trends of results periodically, report according to the required schedule.
• Resolving quality problems, violations of regulations in the factory, customers complaining to find the root cause and take corrective and preventive actions to avoid repeat errors.
TEAM MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
• Plan and implement training for employees.
• Implement/monitor systems and processes to maintain a highly engaged employee environment that promotes good practice in engagement.
• Plan and implement general regulations and programs on employee management, safety, information, staffing, training, KPI/Employee&039;s performance evaluation, commendation recommendations reward or discipline. Develop, support, plan for future workforce needs and participate in staff selection.
LABORATORY MANAGEMENT
• Assist in the daily operations and management of the laboratory.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with laboratory regulations.
• Monitor, inspect, and perform routine maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Support setup for research or testing projects.
• Participate in training and provide guidance to new staff or interns when needed.
• Record, store, and update experimental data and analysis results in accordance with standard procedures and ISO/GLP requirements (if applicable).
• Manage inventory of chemicals, consumables, and ensure adequate stock for ongoing experiments.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
• Mature, careful, and result- oriented
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Good MS office – excel, power point.
• At least 2 years’ experience in QA Engineer in food/feed industry.
• Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably in Food technology, aquaculture technology, biotechnology, Chemistry,… or related fields.
• Understanding of the interpretation and application of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 standard.
• Strong sense of problem- solving, accountability.
• Be able to work independently as well as a team.
