About the role
Sunbytes is seeking a Manual QA Engineer to strengthen our client team in Ho Chi Minh City. Our client comprises talented developers in Vietnam, working with the Netherlands team to deliver innovative software solutions in The Netherlands.
As a Manual QA Engineer, you will join the Healthcare domain to join the newly forming team,dedicated to creating cutting- edge HealthTech software components. The product is an electronic health record system in which all medical information of children from the ages 0 – 21 is registered. This information is used by municipal health services to deliver customized care and keep track of the overall mental and physical health.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with developers, Business Analysts, and other team members.
Familiarity with testing of components using tools such as Katalon, and Postman
Independently design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies.
Be a founding member of a fresh development team focused on HealthTech software solutions.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams in Vietnam and the Netherlands to deliver exceptional products.
Proficiency in performing functional and regression tests manually to validate software functionality.

Independent work ethic with the ability to take ownership of testing efforts.
Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high- quality results.
Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and quality assurance principles.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Proven experience as an Intermediate Tester with a strong understanding of testing methodologies.
Bachelor&039;s level degree in a field that requires strong analytical and problem- solving skills, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or other related degree.
Strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Proficiency in performing functional and regression tests manually to validate software functionality.
2+ years of experience in technical software testing.
