QA Executive

To supervise the day- to- day function of personnel within the QA department.
To train employees and new recruits, and evaluate their performance regularly.
Handling customer complaints, internal quality, processing audits, and preparing quality reports
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive action.
To continuously make improvements in quality through a close working relationship with related departments.
To assist Manager to manage the company&039;s Quality & Food Safety Systems.
To assist QA Manager on all quality- related projects as instructed.
To liaise with suppliers or vendors on all aspects of the quality issue including coordinating.
To develop & write necessary working procedures & instructions within the Quality & Food Safety Systems in the company from time to time.
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping.
To ensure that the specification for all products is met and advise all abnormalities.
To evaluate employees periodically for promotions, transfers, dismissals, and salary adjustments.
To ensure all documents relating to maintenance of ISO & Food Safety systems are updated & maintained.
To coordinate customers’ audits & implement corrective actions quality gaps surfaced until completion.
To maintain discipline, motivate workers in order to continually improve productivity and control the rate of absenteeism.
To handle customers&039; complaints & service customers’ on quality issues.
Drive company towards maintaining & improving ISO 9001 & Food Safety
To implement and maintain quality standards and housekeeping procedures.
To improve quality by liaising with production, purchasing, and R&D personnel and conducting investigations on quality deficiencies.
Prepare all necessary reports for management on Quality Assurances requirements and efficiency

At least 03 years experience.
Form 22 – 35 years.
Active, can work independently.
Graduated from University/ College in related majors.
Open- minded, clear thinking.
Fluent English & Computer.
Have ISO knowledge.
Candidate might go to work by private vehicle.
