QA Lab Analyst (Chemistry major)

Collect samples of products at various stages of food processing, if required.
Records and interprets data results, up- to- date records, prepare written daily report and electronic transmission of results.
Achieves competency in microbiology laboratory methods and procedures.
Performing administrative activities. Performing day- to- day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
Ensures that testing and results approval are completed within agreed turn- around times.
Perform testing for all incoming raw materials, finished products, etc
Ensure compliance with current Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and other regulatory requirements at all times.
Prepare culture media used in the microbiological testing of bulk test samples, such as: raw materials, in process and finished product, etc
Take environmental samples in the area of food production and food handling for microbiological analysis and provides support for establish critical limits to determine whether a critical control point (CCP) remains in control.
Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, laboratory’s procedures, local laws and bear the full responsibility for his/her act.
Performs routine and non- routine microbiology testing activities and bear the full responsibility for his/her test results.
Maintain a well- organized laboratory environment. Coordinating the work and activities of others. Getting members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Good at Excel, Word, etc
Fast learner
At least 2 years experience & knowledge in analytical testing, using mass spectrometer(ICP, LC, GC...)
Education degree: University graduate
Graduate in Chemistry major
Fair communication in English (Writing & Speaking)
Can perform minor troubleshooting, working under pressure
