QA Lead Automation, CI/CD, AI Testing - Nha Trang

Design and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with business and technical objectives to ensure the delivery of high- quality software products.
Additional duties may be assigned by management.
Function well in a fast- paced environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high.
Implement and oversee test automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Oversee performance and load testing to ensure software scalability and stability.
Leverage AI/ ML for predictive defect analysis and intelligent test case generation.
Select, configure, and maintain automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or AI- driven testing platforms.
Integrate automated tests into CI/ CD pipelines, ensure continuous testing and early bug detection. Simultaneously, collaborate with DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment.
Develop test plans, test cases, and test frameworks for functional, automation, and performance testing.
Create and maintain documentation related to test plans, test cases and track defects using bug- tracking tools. Work collaboratively with development teams to prioritize and resolve defects issues.
Prioritize testing efforts using risk- based testing methodologies.
Implement root cause analysis techniques to identify and resolve quality issues.
Stay updated with the latest trends in AI- driven testing, automation frameworks, and testing methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure thorough functional, integration, and regression testing of software products.
Track and report key quality metrics such as defect density, test coverage or test execution time.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team&039;s success.

Yêu cầu công việc

Understanding of security testing principles and tools.
Minimum 8 years of experience as a QA Lead or in a similar role.
Knowledge of AI- driven testing tools and frameworks.
Hands- on experience with manuals, automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright or Robot Framework.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Hands- on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps testing strategies.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, STLC and quality assurance best practices.
