QA Lead (QA QC, Tester)

Forix is a dynamic and innovative company committed to delivering top- quality products and services to our clients in the U.S. We are looking for a QA Manager to join our team and ensure the highest standards of quality across our projects.
The QA Manager will lead our QA team and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. This role requires a hands- on approach and strong leadership skills to guide and mentor the QA team.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Identify potential project risks and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
Establish quality assurance standards and processes.
Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy to ensure high- quality software releases.
Define, implement, and maintain QA metrics to measure and improve the effectiveness of the QA process.
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support for professional development.
Escalate project issues to management when appropriate.
Manage QC resources
Conduct regular audits and reviews of QA processes and deliverables.
Manage bug tracking and reporting systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Recruit and train Associate/QC Engineers
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the QA process remains current and effective.

Yêu cầu công việc

Have good organizational, analytical and problem- solving skills
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 1 years in a management or leadership role.
Experience with both manual and automated testing.
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Have knowledge & experience in E- commerce, testing websites
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Fluency in English.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
