QA Manager

Objectives

Ensure the company&039;s goods are checked for quality before delivery to customers through chemical, raw material,product quality inspection and report to relevant departments to take corrective action, prevent.

Responsibilities

Monitoring of all aspects relating to final product physical properties
Maintain calibration schedule for all laboratory equipment and also equipments in other parts of the plant relating to product quality.
Develop annual targets for the department, supervise the implementation of targets and report to the head / general director on the implementation.
Assign work to staff in QA team, ensure resources in the team perform well assigned tasks
Support market managers in provision of resource material including product information and product samples.
Report to the QA Division Manager/General Director for guidance in case the test results do not meet the standards
Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all MDF laboratory tasks in accordance with ISO 9001, CARB, TCVN.
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction & DWVN productivity
Meeting with the production department and related departments to find out solution the nonconforming product.
Detailed analysis into product that customers complaint & including running the customer complaint process
Responsible to the Head / General Director for the activities of the department

Hard working and can work under high pressure, independence
Resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Proficiency in English
Effective communicator, ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Minimum 3 years of QA/QC Manager experience
Bachelor&039;s Degree from university
