QA Manager

- Other jobs assign by General Director.
- Build a training roadmap for QA/QC according to frequency, stages, and periods to control and ensure that the Company&039;s quality is increasingly better.
- Deploy and monitor the quality management system, ensure that the Company&039;s quality objectives are met regarding processes, standards, and product specifications.
- Build a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly factory quality reporting system to the company&039;s board of directors and the Group. From there, propose solutions to the Company&039;s directors to ensure that product quality is increasingly better according to the company&039;s KPIs
- Conduct regular quality inspections at Factory and material suppliers.
- Handle arising problem about quality management
- Work with customers to meet customers&039; quality improvement goals in line with the factory&039;s quality goals.
- Analyze, research, and improve quality if errors are detected. Analyze product quality data to propose solutions and prevention options.
- Coordinate with other Departments/Sections in the company to monitor and improve processes to ensure quality in production.

- Leadership, communication, employee motivation, analysis.
- English/ Chinese.
- Have 5- 10 years of experience in quality management.
- Organize logicly and systematically to build reasonable processes, outline plans and divide tasks for each Department/Section.
- University degree
- Garment quality knowledge
