QA Manager (Furniture)

Our client is a foreign- invested manufacturing company, now looking for a QA Manager (Furniture, Open For Expat, $1100, ID15063)

Manage the QA staff, implement quality awareness and training for the staff
Utilizing established engineering methodologies, collaborate with cross- functional teams to create manufacturing inspection test plans that guarantee the production of high- quality goods.
Ascertain that all relevant data is collected, documented, and utilized.
Examine the underlying reasons and put corrective measures in place for any problematic processes or components.
Perform audits, compile audit reports, and choose the appropriate corrective and preventative measures.
Work with all relevant stakeholders to quickly resolve supplier quality issues and put corrective and preventive measures in place.
Keep refining quality processes and get ready for QA reports.
Conduct inspections to verify that processes and products meet specifications.
Collaborate with managers and QC to implement new QC procedures, as well as to report and minimize quality issues.
Develop the company&039;s quality standards and ensure the products comply with international standards

Yêu cầu

Good leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills
Good at English
Male/Female, 35- 50 years old
Have at least 10 years of experience in Quality management in outdoor furniture
