JOB DECRIPTIONS
Develop and Implement QA Policies and Procedures:
Regularly review and update QA policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations, standards, and business needs.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to develop comprehensive quality assurance policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Ensure that QA policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented across all departments.
Quality Control:
Establish robust quality control standards and procedures for incoming materials, in- process production, and finished products.
Work closely with production teams to identify and address quality issues in real- time, ensuring timely resolution and prevention of defects.
Implement inspection and testing protocols to monitor product quality at various stages of the production process.
Conduct Audits and Inspections:
Plan and conduct regular internal audits and inspections to assess compliance with QA policies, procedures, and standards.
Analyze audit findings and develop corrective and preventive action plans to address identified non- conformities and improve quality performance.
Coordinate external audits and inspections by regulatory agencies or third- party certifying bodies, ensuring readiness and facilitating the audit process.
Continuous Improvement:
Implement quality improvement tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Total Quality Management to drive process optimization and defect reduction.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employee involvement, providing training on quality principles, and recognizing and rewarding quality achievements.
Lead initiatives to continuously improve product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Supplier Quality Management:
Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in supplier quality performance.
Establish supplier quality requirements and criteria for supplier selection and evaluation.
Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate supplier capabilities, performance, and compliance with quality standards.
Training and Development:
Provide coaching and guidance to employees on quality- related matters, fostering a culture of quality awareness and accountability.
Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development to enhance the competency and effectiveness of the quality assurance team and other relevant personnel.
Develop and deliver training programs on quality assurance principles, procedures, and tools for employees at all levels of the organization.
