QA Manager In Garment

- Ensure that orders are executed in a quality manner and that customers&039; products are shipped on schedule.- Create and execute policies, procedures, and processes for quality control to guarantee that goods and services live up to consumer expectations.- Keep track of and evaluate data pertaining to quality control procedures, spotting patterns and offering suggestions for enhancement.Conduct audits of quality control procedures, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement and proposing remedial measures.- Resolving difficulties when customers report them; these must be fixed, monitored, and ensured not to happen again.- Providing the necessary guidance and direction to the quality team to ensure constant quality and ongoing progress.- Ensure team members have the knowledge and abilities needed to carry out their duties well by providing them with training on quality control methods, procedures, and policies.- Reduce the number of rejections, errors, and customer complaints.- Oversee and keep up with quality control paperwork, making sure that all required records and reports are correct and current.

- At least 10 years&039; experience managing QA/QC textiles and apparel.- Effective communication in English- Excellent communication and leadership abilities- Strong analytical abilities, including the capacity to evaluate information and spot trends- Proficient in root cause analysis, problem resolution, and decision making.- Strong familiarity with SOPs and quality control procedures.- Candidate is a certified auditor for outdoor and sports brands.
