QA Manager

- Manage the overall QA(Quality Assurance) and QC(Quality Control) process ;
Incoming Quality Control, Process Quality Control, Outgoing Quality Control,
Customer Satisfaction, Reliability Test.
- Work closely with all plant personnel in addressing and resolving quality issues. Also is a key liaison person for the plants to assist in moving issues and expediting when necessary.
- Review all plant material/product quality issues and follow up for responses.
- Perform quality systems audits.
- Incoming material quality control and its improvement
- Process quality control and its improvement
- Outgoing products quality control and its improvement
- Ensures adherence to Corrective and Preventive Action process for Non-Conformances;
- Assures compliance to in-house and\or external specifications and standards e.g. ISO regulations;

- At least 5 years of experience in same position.
- Refer to graduate in technical university or related to.
- Strong background on Quality Engineering and tools.
- Prefer Lead Auditor certificate, having Internal Quality Auditor certificate is required
- Process & product auditing skills
- Knowledgeable in the field of manufacturing industrial packaging is advantages.
- Knowledgeable in the field of printing is advantages.
- Fluent in English. Able to speak Japanese competitive advantage.
- Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential.
- Good time management and planning skills.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings.
- Experience with enterprise solutions and large, complex organizations.
- Willingness to travel and work in other team of professionals.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
