QA Manager (QA QC, Tester)

Communicates quality standards and parameters to the QA team, product development team, and other stakeholders.
Ensure that the testing environment is qualified compared to the production environment.
Ensures QA team productivity and identifies opportunities for greater efficiency and quality improvement.
Coordinates product testing processes and may participate in product testing.
Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
The primary role of the QA Manager is planning, implementing, leading, and executing all aspects of Quality and Testing.
Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products and applications.
Manage and conduct all testing processes including UAT, OAT, and SAT.
Understand the day- to- day operational demands of a company, working within the corporate environment to the benefit of the entire QA team.
Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products and applications meet required specifications for quality, functionality, and reliability prior to delivery.
Be a strategic business partner and contributor, understanding key business drivers, and building effective relationships throughout the organization.
Manage the processes, and people responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization’s products and development processes.
Review clients, customers, and users’ feedback.
Design and manage test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.

1. Education level

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or information systems; master’s degree in business or technology- related discipline preferred.

• Solid background in testing skills.
• 5+ years experience in quality assurance.
• Understanding of existing QA best practices and methodologies to design, implement, and automate processes.
• Familiarity with the entire software development life cycle and test cycles (Unit, Regression, Functional, Systems, Stress & Scale, Smoke & Sanity)
• Demonstrated capability to design and implement quality standards.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Successful in owning business results and knows how to inspire the team to feel empowered and accountable for their decisions.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and testing tools.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to foster an open dialogue among all stakeholders that encourages respect and honesty.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
