Job Overview
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our growing QA team and manage the processes, and people responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization’s products and development processes. The primary role of the QA Manager is planning, implementing, leading, and executing all aspects of Quality and Testing. The QA Manager works closely with the development team, internal users, suppliers, and other internal teams to ensure the value created through the strong and effective testing processes.
The candidate needs to understand the day- to- day operational demands of a company, working within the corporate environment to the benefit of the entire QA team. As a member of the senior team, the QA manager is expected to be a strategic business partner and contributor, understanding key business drivers, and building effective relationships throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that the testing environment is qualified compared to the production environment.
Design and manage test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
Ensures QA team productivity and identifies opportunities for greater efficiency and quality improvement.
Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products and applications meet required specifications for quality, functionality, and reliability prior to delivery.
Review clients, customers, and users’ feedback.
Coordinates product testing processes and may participate in product testing.
Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products and applications.
Communicates quality standards and parameters to the QA team, product development team, and other stakeholders.
Manage and conduct all testing processes including UAT, OAT, and SAT.
