QA Manager - Trưởng phòng Chất lượng

Objectives
Establishes and maintains set requirements for quality improvement. Minium internal defect rate & increase customer confidence and a company&039;s credibility.
Improving work processes and efficiency, and it enables a company to better compete with others.

Responsibilities
Set up specific quality requirements (EN standard / JIS / ISO) and distribute them to QA staff for inspection purposes.
Co- work with R&D global team & production team to develop new products.
Control and ensure the quality of products for the whole factory.
Cooperation with related team (Sales, Production, Raw material) to make sure documentation & quality management system requirement.
Do internal audit plan & external audit plan regarding certificate & customer requirement.
Communicate, and exchange information with departments in the company, and handle and resolve internal requests.
Maintain the company&039;s quality management system according to standards CARB EPA, TCVN, JIS, FSC.
Customer complaint visiting & solving regarding issues, quality analysis, making CCR and preventive action report.
Plan activities for the Week/Month/Yearly and arrange for QA Team.
Managing team KPIs (downgrade, F- cost, NCR) and operating the QA department.
Ensure QC staffs complete the daily quality inspection task to meet the production schedule.
Training staff to understand the input and output quality control process. The object for new employees & yearly plan training.
Managing FGs stock and assigning goods quantity to sales stock
Quality report Weekly/Monthly/Yearly to related departments & General manager.

Other responsibilities shall be followed to assignment by GD

Have experience dealing with customers.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office, Proficiency in English (4 skills).
At least 3 years’ experience in the position of Manager of Quality Management Department. Experience in the wood industry is an advantage advantage.
Leadership ability, good communication skills.
Knowledge about SAP, WMS, smart work factory system is preferred.
Bachelor&039;s Degree from University or higher higher.
