Laboratory Operations:
Manage the overall cost of the lab system in line with the company&039;s budgetary constraints.
Formulate detailed operational plans for the laboratory, aligning with ISO 9001:2015, JLA, C- TPAT, and LO audits to achieve factory Q- PKI standards.
Partner with Development and Commercialization teams to ensure material and finished shoe tests during the development stage meet quality standards and production schedules.
Collaborate closely with third- party vendors for calibration, maintenance, and testing services, ensuring alignment with testing and calibration requirements.
Conduct thorough and effective root cause analysis for any material or finished goods failures to facilitate timely and accurate decision- making in production processes.
Establish strong communication channels with LO Lab concerning testing procedures, guidelines, policies, and addressing any emerging issues.
Provide comprehensive training to staff ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and analysis protocols (including adidas testing procedure, CMA, CPSIA, etc.).
Conduct analyses for any new setups within the lab system and present proposals to the Director Management Board for investment approval.
Develop and implement analysis procedures in compliance with standards and updated guidelines to enhance the efficiency of the existing lab system.
Audit Operations:
Develop audit plans in collaboration with the internal audit unit, defining objectives, scope, and criteria for audits across various departments such as Warehouse (incoming and finished goods), Production, T3 (Subcontractors), etc., adhering to ISO, JLA, C- TPAT standards.
Develop and implement analysis procedures for adidas quality, ensuring alignment with standards and guidelines to be disseminated to relevant teams, and overseeing compliance to meet factory Q- KPI targets.
Incoming Material Management:
Coordinate inspections according to production and incoming material schedules.
Review and provide assessments of daily visual quality issues.
Collaborate with Production, Technical, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Supplier teams to address any material quality issues ly and effectively.
