QA Manual/Automation Engineer

Job Summary
We are hiring a Quality Assurance (QA) Tester for assessing the quality of our Android and iOS and also Web application through manual/automation testing.
Your responsibility would be to understand all the functionality of the applications and generate test cases and find and report all bugs from our mobile applications, web applications to ensure quality production. In addition, QA should look through the reported bugs from the customers and try to regenerate the bugs.
Responsibilities

Understanding functions that mobile and web applications provide to customers
Generating test cases based on the requirement
Describing the error cases with detail steps and test environment’s information
Executing manual/automation test cases.

Required Skills

Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
An analytical mind with problem- solving attitude
Ability to identify and troubleshoot bugs/errors as soon as they arise
Knowledge of tools, such as Jira, or other defect tracking tools.
Reliable and Trustworthy
Good communication skills and a keen eye for details

Preferred Qualifications

Basic knowledge about the web application.
Basic knowledge of how android or iOS Application works
At least 1 year of relevant experience as a manual/automation tester in mobile applications and web application
Basic knowledge of financial technology, e- commerce, especially the payment or rewards domain;
